As our Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator, Tracy plays a key role in helping patients understand their treatment plans and financial options. Her compassionate approach and extensive knowledge make her a trusted resource for both patients and staff.

From the east coast of Puerto Rico, this dental assistant brings spiciness and fun to our practice. Her motto is to help every patient overcome their fear of dentists, with her knowledge and kindness. With over six years of experience, Maddie believes that every person deserves access to proper dental care.

Kristal Ntefeloudis

Hygienist

With 20 years of experience as a dental hygienist, Kristal is passionate about helping her patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. She is committed to providing the highest level of care in a supportive, comfortable environment, always focused on prevention, education, and individualized treatment. 

Dawn Schaaf

Front Desk Administrator

Dawn Schaaf graduated from Seacoast Dental School in 2011 and plays a vital role at the front desk, where she welcomes patients with a friendly smile. She is responsible for answering phones, verifying insurance, and assisting patients with any questions they may have among other things. Dawn's approachable and helpful nature makes her a valued part of the team and a familiar, reassuring presence for our patients.

Outside the office, Dawn enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her husband and daughter.
